Virtuous Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative donate to City of Refuge Orphanage

The women under the auspices of Virtuous Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative, VWYEI, has supported an orphanage known as the City of Refuge Orphanage, located in Durumi Municipal Area Council, Abuja, with gift items.

Led by the founder of the organisation Esther Akwo, the women visited the orphanage over the Easter holidays.

Items such as cartons of noodles, soap, biscuits, juice, diapers, toiletries, and others were donated to the orphanage

According to Esther Akwo, the organisation, Virtuous Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative being a humanitarian organisation, deemed it necessary to visit and see how the children are faring, and to donate their token to support what the management is doing.

We applaud the noble actions of the Virtuous Women and Youth Empowerment Initiative.
