Team Foundation was founded in 2021 under Teamconcepts with the aim of making a difference and impacting lives and humanity in a positive way,by enabling them to be independent and self –sufficient.There is an enormous gap between aid for the children and assistance for our youths today in Africa .At Team Foundation we intend to bridge that gap by assisting, caring and empowering the lives of every individual in Africa.

Our Vision is to Create a platform of sustainability by evolving into the ABLE, EFFECTIVE, EMPOWERING AND REORGANIZED Charitable non-governmental agency in Africa by 2030.
Our Mission is to empower, provide and help children and youth in Africans to be self-sufficient and financially independent. We also aim to achieve this by assisting in securing:

• Medical Treatment/Outreach/Health Education
  
• Education

• Provide accommodation
  
• Provide support for orphanages and motherless babies homes 
  
• Secure jobs and sponsor children and youth to continue their education
  
• Sponsor youth to acquire professional skills
  
• Repair and construct boreholes for villages to access fresh water
  
• Donate mosquito nets, academic resources, clothes, and food items to villages
  
• Provide medical healthcare for villagers
