Isabelle’s Voice is a Nigerian NGO founded to help close the opportunity and education gaps that disproportionately affect individuals in Nigeria with learning disabilities and special needs. Over 90% of these individuals do not have access to education or therapies for a number of reasons, one of which is the inability to afford these services.
In addition to creating awareness and promoting inclusion, Isabelle’s Voice provides scholarships to individuals with Learning disabilities, Developmental delays, and a variety of Neurodiverse conditions enabling them to attend existing accredited institutions in Nigeria which provide research based therapies and services to individuals with special needs. Isabelle’s voice was founded by Mrs Kemi Sunmonu-Jackson, a certified special educator in the United States with over 10 years of experience in the field of special education and learning disabilities. In addition, she is a mother of two children with special needs.
