 The MWE Summer Camp is dedicated to delivering an all-inclusive curriculum tailored towards the the acquisition of soft or non-cognitive skills for 100 underprivileged young students. Over the course of five days, we will facilitate training in information technology, entrepreneurship, leadership, etiquette, team orientation, organisation skills, vocations (such as basket weaving, tie-dye, bead-making, painting) and of course, there would be so much fun! The Camp will end with our Annual Fun Day on Saturday, August 12th where the participants will be celebrated and awards will be given to deserving beneficiaries. The initiative is a very important part of what makes a great student. In my opinion, people who have initiative, are far superior to those who only have talent. Sure, having the talent gives you a favorable advantage, however, it can also hinder your growth. I am not saying that all of them are, but most of the talented people I know do not really work hard.
