Self defense is an important and I would dare say, integral part of a community. The crime rates all over the world are at a height that we have yet to see. The news that I read from the newspaper only elevates my passion for teaching self defense. Oh, I forgot to mention, I am a self defense instructor. I have been teaching self defense techniques to people for about a decade now. My heart is filled and satisfied with the job that I have.
