 Pan-African social enterprise, Ideation Hub Africa is set to host the Women In Development Summit on the 29th of May, 2018 at the Muson Centre, Onikan, Lagos. The summit is designed to provide great opportunities to women in the ecosystem of social innovation to network, share ideas and collaborate. To be addressed at the summit are the roles of women in global issues such as development and social impact. Attendees would have access to a mentorship round-table where they would get the opportunity to exchange thoughts and ideas with industry leaders.
Ideation Hub Africa will also be acknowledging and celebrating the impact of social innovators during the summit. This year 5 social innovators, all under 25 years of age, who have worked to impact their communities in the following areas: public primary education, maternal health, agriculture, coding for girls and economic empowerment will be honoured. Speaking at the event are some of Nigeria's brightest minds in philanthropy, entrepreneurship and youth development.
