 Baby Iremide Ademola is a Nigerian infant who is suffering from a life threatening heart condition and needs the support of every member of this community to survive. His family is in need of $7,900 for surgery and so far $5,425 has been raised.
The funds will cover surgery as well costs for antibiotics, oxygen , blood transfusions and postoperative care.
