Big Church Foundation's Entertainer's Charity Football Match For the Physically Challenged.15/12/2016 The Big Church Foundation rolled out 3 major charity events to celebrate the United Nations’ World Disability Day in Abuja, Nigeria. Day1: Visitation to homes of people living with disabilities. See it here. Day2: Walk for Love, free Eye test & Glasses, Exhibition was held at the Millennium Park, Abuja on the 3rd of December to celebrate and encourage the talents of people leaving with disabilities. See it here. Day 3: The Entertainers Charity Football Match at the SOHO 24 Sport centre Gwarimpa express, Kado Abuja, Nigeria to round up the events. In attendance were Zack Orji, Emma Nyra, Bez, Swankyjerry, Uti, Victor Osuagwu, and many more. The CEO, Big Church Foundation, Dr. Olakunle Churchill decide to roll out the drums for this exciting event at this time of the year with the major objective of assessing the current status of the Convention on the Rights of persons with disabilities. With support from his friends and notable persons in the society, the event was also aimed at laying the foundation for a future of greater inclusion and equity for persons with disabilities.It seeks to increase awareness on how to implement measures to improve lives of disabled people all over the world.The global blueprint for action summons us to “leave no one behind”.
