Recent Outreach Project: “LEADING LEADERS”

Education goes beyond textbooks—it shapes character, values, and confidence. In line with this belief, the foundation recently hosted a powerful outreach program themed LEADING LEADERS, designed to inspire young minds to see themselves as leaders of today and tomorrow.

The LEADING LEADERS outreach took place at Hogas International School, located in Alapere, Ketu. The event brought together enthusiastic children eager to learn, participate, and grow. From the very first interaction, the atmosphere was filled with curiosity, excitement, and a readiness to embrace new ideas.

The Program Focused On:

1. Leadership TrainingThe children were introduced to essential leadership principles through interactive and engaging sessions. Topics included:

• Self-awareness and confidence
• Responsibility and decision-making
• Teamwork and communication
• Leading by example
• Problem-solving and initiative

Through relatable discussions and activities, the children learned that leadership begins with everyday choices and behaviour, empowering them to take responsibility for their actions both in and out of the classroom.

2. Hygiene EducationUnderstanding that a healthy child learns better, the outreach also focused on personal hygiene and healthy habits. The children were taught:

• Proper handwashing techniques
• The importance of cleanliness
• How hygiene affects wellbeing and academic performance
• Simple daily habits that promote good health

These lessons reinforced the connection between health, confidence, and academic success.

​To further support the children, essential items were distributed to encourage good hygiene, improved learning conditions, and a sense of care and belonging. This gesture not only met immediate needs but also reminded the children that they are seen, valued, and supported.

The LEADING LEADERS outreach left a lasting impression. The children were inspired to embrace leadership values and adopt healthier daily habits. Teachers and school administrators expressed heartfelt appreciation, while the students departed motivated, enlightened, and excited to apply what they had learned in their everyday lives.
