During a press briefing on Sunday, ASHH Executive Director Comfort Ene Attah highlighted the critical situation faced by those living in temporary camps due to the floods. In response to this pressing issue, the ASHH Foundation is actively seeking donations of menstrual hygiene products for affected women and girls currently residing in various camps throughout Borno State. Attah initiated this campaign after witnessing the challenges faced by women and girls in obtaining sanitary pads during their menstrual periods while living in these difficult conditions. The foundation's efforts aim to address a vital aspect of health and dignity for displaced individuals, underscoring the importance of adequate menstrual hygiene management in crisis situations.
